Information security - Smilart Face Recognition SDK and ActiveIDentity SSO

Use:

"Smilart FaceCatcher" distribution kit contains the library slsso.dll which is a component of "Smilart FaceCatcher SDK".This library is intended for integration with "ActivIdentity SLSSO", for realization of connectivity SLSSO and SFC for further detection and identification and allows SLSSO to call for SFC.

Operation algorithm

On the call from "ActivIdentity SLSSO" the "Smilart FaceCatcher SDK" library slsso.dll sends a call for identification of a person in front of the camera and gets in reply an ID of a recognized person and similarity rate.

If the ID coincides with the current session login in the operation system and the similarity rate exceeds threshold level, the library returns the value – True, otherwise – False.

A user can log in "ActivIdentity SSO" without identification procedure. It is enough just to authenticate oneself (enter a password for logging in"ActivIdentity SSO"),after that the access to the used applications is provided.
